If you get an official-looking form called "2014 Annual Records Solicitation Form -- Shareholders, Directors & Officers, Alaska Corporations" watch out. It looks like an official state document, though it doesn't have the state seal on it.
The form will ask you for detailed information, and $125.
This is not a required, or state form, and the state is warning local businesses not to fill it out. or to send it in. If you get this form, you'll see that it already includes information on your corporation that this phony company has gotten from public records.
The text of the form is classic government-style jargon. What can you do. First, don't fill it out. And don't send them $125.
